Users must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful business communication.
Managers are responsible for customer data, product content, email campaign content, uploaded files, customer consent, and honoring unsubscribe or opt-out requests.
Manager access may depend on an active subscription package. Free mode may limit products, emails, automations, or other platform features.
Subscription payments may be processed through configured payment gateways such as Flutterwave. Payment availability depends on gateway status, merchant configuration, and supported payment methods.
Bulk emails may be queued and sent in the background. Delivery depends on provider availability, recipient mail systems, sender reputation, and compliance with email rules.
The platform must not be used for spam, fraud, unlawful content, abusive communication, unauthorized data processing, malware distribution, or attempts to bypass access controls.
The platform may store business data, customer data, images, logs, and backups. Administrators should protect credentials, storage access, queue workers, and database backups.
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, mail provider delays, payment provider issues, network failures, or other technical events.
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
For questions about these terms, contact the system administrator or platform owner.
