This Privacy Policy explains how the platform handles personal data used for account access, business setup, customer management, product emailing, subscriptions, support, compliance, and security.
We may process account names, emails, phone numbers, roles, profile details, business details, customer records, campaign content, product images, automation details, delivery logs, payment references, and activity logs.
Data is used to provide the platform, authenticate users, manage manager workspaces, send customer communications, process subscriptions, protect accounts, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Passwords are securely hashed. Access to sensitive areas is role-based. Uploaded files are stored through configured object storage. Admin systems and logs should be restricted to authorized users only.
Managers are responsible for the customer records they upload or create. Customer emails should only be used for legitimate business communication and unsubscribe choices should be respected.
